The first step in securing our services is a free initial consultation. This can be done in person if you are currently in Lusaka, over the phone, or by email. During the consultation we will tell you our fees based on the type of visa and/or permit you require.

Once we accept a case, we will issue a contract, after which you can send us your documents. We also require a 20% deposit to accept a case. We do not ask for final payment until your case is complete.

If sending your documents from abroad, we recommend you use either FedEx or DHL, both of whom we have found to be reliable.
